Getting Started with HideOption
Follow these steps to set up HideOption and start hiding out-of-stock variants on your Shopify store.
Install the App
Install HideOption from the Shopify App Store. Once installed, open the app from your Shopify Admin's Apps section.
Sync Your Products
From the app dashboard, click Sync Products to fetch your inventory data. This may take a few minutes depending on your catalog size.
Install Theme Extension
Go to your Shopify theme editor. Select the Product Main or Default product page template.
Add HideOption Block
Click Add Block, then select the Apps category. Find and add the HideOption App block.
Activate and Save
Ensure the block is active and positioned where you want it. Click Save to apply changes to your theme.
Pro Tip
After installation, test your product pages to ensure out-of-stock variants are properly hidden. If you encounter any issues, try clearing your browser cache.
